Registration Information

Annual Seminar registrations are MEMBER and NON-MEMBER.   Please use the appropriate form below according to registration type.

 Members need to use the Member Registration form ONLY to receive the member registration rate of $375.  If you see any other rate, discontinue registering and make sure you are using the correct form. If the rate is still not $375, discontinue registering and contact aapp.webmail@gmail.com for assistance. 

APRIL 1ST IS THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT A MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FOR THE 2025 SEMINAR MEMBER RATE OF $375.
All membership applications submitted after April 1st will be processed after the 2025 seminar. 
 Non-Members that attended last year's seminar, please use your login information to register on the
Non-Member registration is $750
You may contact aapp.webmail@gmail.com if you need your login information.
Non-Members that have never attended a seminar will be also required to create an account.

Agencies sending multiple attendees (less than 10) will need to register each attendee individually with the appropriate form according to their membership status.  The most efficient way to achieve this is to allow each attendee to register themselves. If the agency wishes to pay for all the attendees at once, the registrant should choose "Invoice Me" in the payment options. The invoices will be consolidated and sent to the agency's financial contact.
If your agency is sending 10 or more, your agency qualifies for a group rate. Please email aapp.webmail@gmail.com
EVERY SEMINAR REGISTRATION FORM WILL HAVE A DEFAULT FIELD OF "SEMINAR ATTENDEE." THAT IS USED FOR ONLY ADMISTRATIVE PURPOSES. NO ACTION IS REQUIRED ON YOUR PART.

Harrah's and Harveys are connected by an underground walkway. Classes and events will be held in both venues. You may book your room at the hotel of your choice using the links below.

  • To book more than one night, click on the EDIT Button at the top of the page.
  • Click on the Check In – Check Out Box which will take you to a calendar
  • Holding down on the shift key – click on the arrival, then the departure date
  • Click on Update
  • Scroll down and book preferred room type by clicking on the Book Now box.

Lake Tahoe Harrah's and Harveys is approximately 55 miles south of Reno-Tahoe International Airport  
Use US395 South/Interstate 580 ramp to Carson City – merge onto I-580/US-395 South for 32.5 miles - US-50 W/Hwy 50 for 22.1 miles. 
South Tahoe Airporter offers a shuttle to and from the airport for $29.50 per person one way.
